Maximum Automotive VIP Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the VIP Membership (“Membership”) offered by Maximum Automotive (“Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for the VIP Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Coverage

a. The VIP Membership covers all basic maintenance services for one vehicle within a calendar year, beginning on the date of signup.

b. All services provided under the Membership will be performed at manufacturer-specified intervals using parts and supplies that meet manufacturer specifications.

2. Service Plan

a. The Membership applies to the registered vehicle during the Membership term and is non-transferable.

b. Unlimited maintenance services included in this Membership are limited to the list of services specified in the membership benefits (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, filter replacements, fluid checks, diagnostic scans, etc.).

3. Coverage Limitations

a. Unlimited coverage is subject to the following conditions:

• The vehicle must be driven fewer than 18,000 miles per year.

• Maintenance wear and tear must align with manufacturer specifications.

b. Maximum Automotive reserves the right to adjust membership dues or impose additional fees for luxury or specialty vehicles based on parts and labor costs.

c. Maximum Automotive reserves the right to cancel or suspend Membership at its sole discretion in cases of abuse or misuse of services.

4. Membership Commitment

a. The VIP Membership requires a minimum commitment of one (1) year from the date of signup.

b. Memberships automatically renew annually on the anniversary of signup unless a written cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to renewal.

5. Monthly and Annual Payments

a. Members may choose to pay monthly or annually.

• Monthly payments represent 1/12 of the annual fee.

b. Annual payments receive a 10% discount.

6. Membership Suspension and Pause

a. Members may request to temporarily pause their Membership for up to two (2) months by contacting Maximum Automotive.

b. Deferred payments during pauses are due in full by the end of the Membership term.

7. Early Termination Fee

a. If a Member terminates their Membership early, an early termination fee will be calculated if the value of services rendered exceeds total Membership dues paid.

b. The termination fee equals the difference between total services rendered and dues paid at termination.

8. Delinquent Payments

a. Maximum Automotive reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any unpaid Membership dues or termination fees after two (2) weeks of delinquency.

b. Failure to pay dues or fees within 90 days may result in Membership cancellation.

9. Exclusions

The VIP Membership does NOT include the following services:

• Towing

• Preferred or guaranteed appointment scheduling

• Refreshments, entertainment, or waiting room perks

• Any repairs or services not explicitly listed as included

10. Member Satisfaction and Support

a. If you are unsatisfied with your Membership or services at any time, please contact us at support@legisst.com or call 631-928-9548.

b. Maximum Automotive is committed to working with Members to resolve concerns or issues.

11. Liability

Maximum Automotive is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to perform scheduled maintenance by the Member or damages resulting from use beyond manufacturer recommendations.

12. Changes to Terms

Maximum Automotive reserves the right to modify Membership terms, pricing, and services with reasonable notice to Members.

By signing up for the Maximum Automotive VIP Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, constituting a legally binding contract between you and Maximum Automotive.
